We are setting up opportunities to invest in some of the largest energy distribution and energy production companies in Poland as privatisation in this industry is imminent within the next few months. Initial projections of return reflect that of our previous track record and we expect at least 300% in the first year.

Privatisation of the energy distribution and production sector is expected within the three to six months. A similar move will follow within the pharmacy sector. As these are some of the largest companies in Poland, there will be no obstacles investing in any amount of shares that can later be sold when they are floated on the Warsaw and even the London Stock Exchange as planned.

We will mainly invest in shares obtained by employees of these companies prior to the company being floated on the Stock Exchange. The spread between prices we buy and the market value is relatively high as regulations prevent large institutional investors such as banks from operating in this capacity.
